ARS ENTERPRISES was founded in 1971 as Autoclave Repair Specialists. Beginning in 1985, ARS acquired all rights to the sterilizer designs developed by Beverly Pacific (BP). We manufacture custom steam sterilizers, washer/sterilizers, and ethylene oxide (EO) sterilizers that can be shipped anywhere in the world. Sterilizer chambers are of our own Beverly Pacific design with our proprietary wedge lock system or by others (new or refurbished) with sizes ranging from 6 cubic feet to 2,500 cubic feet. Unit configurations can be for recess mounting or free standing with cabinet panels with either single or double doors. Loading systems range from internal racks to automated load and unload systems. We also manufacture sterilizer water recirculation systems for water conservation or for areas with low water pressure and patented catalytic oxidizers to convert EO to safe water vapor and carbon dioxide.
Based in California, we pride ourselves on being pioneers. The ARS Frontier 2000™ cGMP PLC sterilizer control system is a descendant of the Frontier system first introduced by ARS in the early 1980's. Our control systems have always incorporated independent watchdog recorders to insure that the controlling devices are operating within normal specifications. We guarantee that our systems will control temperature in the pressure vessel to ± 0.5°C or less. We custom build each unit to order and engineer each to your requirements. Cycles include gravity, vacuum (pre-, post- or both), air-over-pressure with our without mechanical mixing or cascading water, rapid cooling or any combination you specify. For exceptional value, we will custom build a new cGMP sterilizer using a refurbished pressure vessel. To back up our superior quality claim, we offer a two-year parts and labor warranty, extendible up to five years with up to fifteen years on pressure vessels (see ARS warranty for details). To compliment our line of cGMP sterilizers, we offer steam generators built by Electro-Steam Generator Corp., RO/DI water systems by Glegg Water Conditioning, laboratory water stills and sterilizers by Consolidated, ultrasonic cleaners by Sonic Systems, Inc., glassware, cage and cart washers by Buxton, a complete line of life sciences and general laboratory equipment by Boekel and directly offer field repair, maintenance and calibration services by our own Autoclave Repair Specialists (ARS).
ARS and Beverly Pacific (BP) have produced steam and ethylene oxide sterilizers for medical device and diagnostic product manufacturers for five decades. Many of our BP sterilizers have been in continuous operation for much of that time. At ARS, we build each sterilizer to individual customer orders. While we offer a variety of "standard" configurations to meet competitive specifications, we are delighted to produce a unit of a specific size and cycle to meet any customer's particular needs. We offer a variety of control systems. For steam sterilizers, our ARS Frontier 2000™ cGMP PLC control system is a descendant of the Frontier system we first introduced in the early 1980's. The Consolidated microprocessor system we offer is now in its fifth generation featuring a video monitor with menu prompts for ease of use. For the ultimate in dependability and simplicity, we offer an analog control system with no software to validate but yet capable of meeting all known cGMP requirements. For our EO sterilizers, for 100% or blended EO, a choice of ARS analog controls or the Antares™ sterilizer control system by Digital Dynamics is available. Our BP or Consolidated chambers are precision manufactured to permit dependable solid silicone compression gasket sealing. For exceptional value, we will custom build a new cGMP sterilizer using a refurbished pressure vessel. We are also the only sterilizer manufacturer to offer our own patented catalytic oxidizers capable of converting up to 99.9% of EO to safe carbon dioxide and water vapor. From its very beginning in 1971, ARS has provided high quality products throughout the United States and factory direct services within California to hospitals and other healthcare providers. For healthcare facility applications, we manufacture gravity/flash sterilizers, prevacuum sterilizers, 10/90 blended EO sterilizers, instrument washer/sterilizers and automated washer/sterilizers with new or refurbished chambers. ARS is one of the first sterilizer manufacturers to obtain approved 510k's from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its steam and EO sterilizers and is the first to get FDA approval for building remanufactured steam sterilizers, all new units with refurbished pressure vessels. ARS is also the first to get a 510k approval for floor level steam sterilizers using our industrial grade Beverly Pacific chambers. We have always placed customer value first and recognize that with durable capital equipment like sterilizers, the cost of ownership is comprised of the initial cost plus the cost to maintain the equipment throughout its usable life. ARS was the first to use premium, industrial grade, nonproprietary valves and electrical components. ARS was the first to provide all threaded brass piping on high pressure steam lines with no copper tubing, flared copper or compression fittings on steam or water piping. With this history, we continue to provide the lowest cost of ownership with the best standard warranty available in the industry.
ARS/Beverly Pacific has served the food and beverage industry for five decades. With our heritage in sterilization, we approach food and beverage facility sanitization with a pharmaceutical grade eye. Whether you need to clean the floor or a clean-in-place (CIP) or full sterilize-in-place (SIP) system for filling equipment, tanks and piping we can provide the individual components or a complete turnkey system. We also offer steam/water, mixer manifold stations for remote cleaning with a central boiler. Over the past few years, we have developed an exclusive line of products and substantial expertise in sanitization and sterilization of winery facilities. ARS is the exclusive importer of the French made Bitard oak barrel rinsers specifically designed for cleaning wine barrels.

ARS is headquartered and conveniently located in Santa Fe Springs, CA, in Los Angeles County on the border of Orange County. Manufactured goods are produced in an FDA (federal and state) licensed facility for the production of medical devices. Founded as Autoclave Repair Specialists in 1971, we have nearly 30 years of experience in preventative maintenance and repair of virtually all brands of sterilizers, washers, ultrasonics, water purification and related products including surgical lights and tables. We offer factory direct services throughout California and can provide referrals in nearly all other US locations and many around the world. We back up all our work with no charge call backs should problems continue following a call. We strive to respond to all calls in person or by phone within four hours and our commitment to our preventative maintenance contract customers is to always be on-site within 24 hours during normal working hours. We are available for service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We maintain an extensive inventory of nonproprietary parts and can bring in nearly any parts within 24 hours.
